We're running it back

After the success of Volume V, we're bringing the community together again for another fast-paced calisthenics competition where any level athlete can step up and compete.

Same format as last time, with a few updated movements in the Advanced and Elite divisions to keep the challenge fresh.

Beginner and Intermediate divisions stay exactly the same. So if you've been training, or you've just been thinking about trying your first event, this is your shot.

Who Can Compete

Four divisions. Everyone has a lane.

This event is designed so anyone can step into the sport of calisthenics.

Station by station

The workouts

Five stations per division. Same movements, different standards as you move up. Pick a division to see exactly what you'll face and how every rep is judged.

The Elite Division is built for the highest-level athletes. Every upper-body strength movement is performed with +45 lb, and the lower-body movement is upgraded to bodyweight pistol squats that demand maximum strength, balance, and control. Five stations, same order, with a 1:30 rest between each.

Station 1
Weighted Pull-Ups
+45 lbUntil failure
  • Strict dead hang every repetition
  • Chin clearly over the bar
  • Full elbow lockout at the bottom
  • No kipping or swinging
Station 2
Bodyweight Pistol Squats
1:30
  • Bodyweight only, no added weight
  • Alternate legs every repetition
  • Squat until the hip drops below the knee
  • Stand to full lockout before the next rep
  • The non-working leg stays off the ground
  • Maintain control throughout the movement
  • Every rep must meet the judging standards to count
Station 3
Weighted Straight Bar Push-Ups
+45 lbUntil failure
  • Chest touches the bar every rep
  • Body stays rigid from shoulders to feet
  • Full elbow lockout
  • No worming or hip sag
Station 4
Hop + Burpees
1:30
  • Same movement standards as every other division
  • Complete as many legitimate reps as possible before time expires
Station 5
Weighted Dips
+45 lbUntil failure
  • Begin from full lockout
  • Shoulder must clearly pass below the elbow
  • Return to full lockout every repetition
  • No bouncing or leg assistance
